Ordering Questions

What is your delivery time?

Delivery time depends upon the quantity of puzzles you order. Typically the standard turnaround time for a smaller order is 16 to 24 days including shipping time. Larger orders (1000+ puzzles) will require 30 days or more to deliver. If you have an urgent deadline, let us know when ordering and we will do our best to ‘fast track’ an order. Once an order is shipped, we e-mail you with the tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

What are your price breaks?

As with most printed materials, the puzzle cost per piece reduces with larger order quantities. Our standard quantity price breaks are at 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000 puzzles but we can quote you for other order quantities as required.

How many images can I use in a single order?

For smaller orders, we normally allow a maximum of 5 images per order. For example, a 100 puzzle order could be split between 5 images to produce a small range of puzzles (5 images x 20 puzzles per image). This is a great way to evaluate which images sell better before ordering a larger quantity. Other examples may be 2 images at 50 puzzles per image to make up the order of 100 puzzles. We try to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs.

For larger quantities of 500+ puzzles per image, we use 4 color offset litho printing which allows us to reduce the cost considerably. This is the best option for getting a lower buying cost per puzzle.

Can I combine images and sizes to reach a quantity order?

Yes. If you wanted to order for example 500 puzzles but needed the order split between a kids puzzle size (Qty 250) and an adult puzzle (Qty 250), then we would work out a price for you based on this combination. Just let us know what your requirements are and we work out the best price we can for you.

How do we place an order

As each order has their own specific requirements, our trade sales department will work with you to finalize and confirm your order. Just email them at with your requirements.

What payment options do you offer

We can accept payment via Credit card, Paypal or Wire Transfer. We use the Paypal network to process all credit card payments which provides you with a risk free payment process.

For larger orders ($3000+), we prefer payment via bank wire transfer.

Product Questions

What kind of packaging do you offer?

We offer three main packaging options as follows:

Boxed – A quality pre-printed puzzle box with the image attached to the top and sides. Each box is cellophane wrapped and customized reflecting the puzzle image and museum branding.

Flat packed – The puzzle is packed fully assembled on a cardboard backing and sealed in cellophane; ideal for small to medium sized puzzles (maximum size 12x18in). An insert or sales message can be placed at the back of the puzzle between the outer cellophane if required.

Poly Bag – If you have your own packaging, we can supply the puzzles simply broken up and sealed in a Ziploc bag only.

Can I order a sample puzzle?

Yes, we can produce and ship a sample puzzle for you based on any suitable image provided by you. Samples are available at a cost of $18 to cover shipping and material cost.

What artwork will you need?

We prefer to work with a high quality (low compression) JPG or image PDF file but do have the capability to process other file types if necessary. We print at a minimum of 150dpi at 100%. This means that we digitally enlarge your image to the size of the puzzle you have ordered and save the resulting layout at a resolution of 150dpi. We can print at higher resolutions than this (up to 300dpi) but have found that 150dpi is the minimum resolution required to produce a good quality print.

Do you charge for your graphic design service?

No. This is a courtesy service provided for the benefit or our customers. Please feel free to send us your images for assessment and enhancement, (if required), prior to placing an order. We will produce a 3D box and puzzle preview for you to review and approve first.

Shipping Questions

What shipping method do you use?

Our preferred shipper is DHL but we do use FedEx also from time to time depending upon the best rates being offered. Once your order has shipped, we will email you with the shipment tracking number so you can check on the status of your delivery.

As your puzzles are shipped from Thailand, do I have to pay any tax or duties?

For delivery locations within the USA, no additional fees are payable. Cardboard Jigsaw puzzles are zero rates for import duties and tax by the US government. We offer a door to door service with clearance and transportation being taken care of by the shipper.

For other countries, additional costs may be incurred depending upon the import regulations of your country. Please check with us for more details.
